Free Shipping
We proudly offer Free Shipping on most orders over $85 (excluding certain oversized or special-order items).

Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Puerto Rico may require additional shipping charges, particularly for oversized or heavy items. Please contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Standard Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Orders of $500 or More: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered.
- Be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and serial numbers (if applicable).
All returned merchandise is inspected by our Quality Control Department before a refund is issued.
We provide free return shipping labels for eligible returns. To begin a return, simply contact our customer service team.
Free Shipping & Partial Return Policy
Our Free Shipping on Orders Over $85 program is designed to provide added value to our customers.
If your order qualified for free shipping because it met the minimum purchase requirement, but you later request to return one or more items due to:
- Ordering the wrong item,
- Changing your mind,
- Purchasing the incorrect quantity, or
- No longer needing the item,
we are happy to process your return, provided the returned merchandise meets our return requirements outlined above.
Because the original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost was paid by us based on the total purchase amount. When a portion of that order is returned for reasons unrelated to product quality or an error on our part, we incur the original outbound shipping cost even though the final order no longer reflects the qualifying purchase amount.
For this reason, a $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for qualifying customer-initiated partial returns.
This policy allows us to continue offering free shipping to the vast majority of our customers while helping offset a portion of the shipping costs associated with partial returns.
No Shipping Fee Deduction
The $7.95 shipping deduction will not apply if the return is the result of:
- An item shipped incorrectly by us.
- A defective or damaged product.
- An error in order fulfillment by our company.
In these situations, we will provide a full refund in accordance with our return policy.
